PROJECT MANAGER CONSULTANT

GOALS FOR THIS POSITION: Identification & mapping of all projects for xxxxxxx,
assessment of needs/resources and capabilities required, precise timelines, prioritization and
alignment. It should include the change management needs and timetable as well for each,
when applicable, as well as scope and impact in workload of people directly and indirectly
impacted. Among those projects, your role might vary with some in which your role will be to
monitor/track/alert, others for which you will be the “conductor”/facilitator, and others for
which you will be involved as a participant and even a Project Lead at times.

KPIS for success:

For all projects: updated list/scoping with all relevant information in order to ease decision making and resources allocation.
Alignment with Country Leadership Team (CLT) on prioritization
Inform key stakeholders of the prioritized projects of the rationale of the projects and their roles – when applicable
Integration of change management methodology and metrics when applicable
Smooth communication, on time deliverables
Animate the monthly CLT Portfolio management meeting and steerco when applicable, prepare the relevant data, communicate in advance when obstacles and delay
Milestones required for the project will be provided upon onboarding

KEYS TO SUCCESS/REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires thorough organization, proper anticipation and planning at all times, discipline. Clarity and proactivity are critical to success. Meetings are expected to be booked in advance and ran with proper agenda sent in advance, at time pre-read when applicable- and clear objectives.
The position requires strong stakeholders’ management and influencing, and clear communication skills. The PM will have to leverage the network (internal, zone) and stakeholders to drive his/her goals, inform proactively stakeholders, It is the PM responsibility to obtain all the necessary and accurate information to drive or update the projects in timely fashion
It is expected for the PM to develop his/her capabilities with support of HR/manager on tools /methods as needed.
Minutes and next steps of meetings are expected systematically post meetings to track progress.
The PM should ask for clarifications, inputs and support when needed to enable timely performance.

Other details:
The Project Manager will directly work with the Country Managing Director (foreigner/expat)

Salary: PHP 120,000 - 180,000
Work set-up: Hybrid (Ortigas Center, Pasig)
Shift schedule: Mon-Fri; 9 am-6 pm
*Must be flexible for extended or possible weekend shifts demanded by the project implementation
