Product Trainer

Job Description
Complete the training as per KPI requirements of the management and immediate supervisor, including other daily work and activities
 Learn and master the company's products, and provide trainings onsite for the company's products for offline personnel
Conduct weekly online and on site alignment and trainings with Beauty Ambassadors to increase sales
Assist in the preparation of training courses, product operation manuals, and implement of training programs;
Write a training summary report, feedback and evaluate the training effect
Response and provide immediate support promptly to the query of internal team
Follow up the sales staff to effectively answer and handle the questions
Training and industry information collection, expansion of training channels and training resources
Field work as required for store visit
Other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Document and analyze sales improvement in accordance to the trainings conducted
Enforce trade secret and confidentiality
