Company Driver

Driver plays a vital role in sales department by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. They will assist in various RGM work functions such as escort RGM to her daily task, RGM Assistant and making sure to report every 2 hours. Making sure that the given itinerary is followed. The Driver will contribute to the daily operation to help to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1.Make sure to arrive in instructed place on time.
2.Assist RGM on her daily work.
3.Can help with the Ingress and carry boxes and modules.
4.Report itinerary every 2 hours together with check in pictures.
5.Responsible to carry modules and product box every time there is ingress.
6.Responsible on run errands like update car plate and maintenance of car.
7.Make sure to check the safety of company car and products modules.
8.Render to Overtime when it’s needed.
9.Familiar with each store location and can schedule route efficiently and give suggestion to RGM on the route.
10.Write log in book for each location went and update in Dingtalk GC daily for 3 card balance ; send OR and odometer back in Dingtalk GC each time use the 3 card.
11.Report in GC each 1.5 or 2 hours on where the car is and what’s tasks going.
12.Responsible for checking the car coding hours of the locations and area.

Assurance to the safety of modules and company car.
Reporting to RGM every given period of time.
Follow company policy and instructions-count as daily performance kpi

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of previous Driver work experience. - can speaking English.. - Knowledgeable and have a driver license - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Age range: 20-30 years old.

Working Conditions: - Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
- Location: According to RGM instructions and company needs may change from time to time
