Job Description
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications and documentation using Autocad or Revit Software
Prepare 3D presentation using Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, etc.
Prepare basic BOQ or cost estimates
Conduct site visit or inspection to evaluate the site condition in relation of preparation of Design Development
Qualifications
Educational: BS Architecture
Work Experience: At least 1 year
Skills: Can do Auto cad, MS Office, 3D, Revit, Basic Estimate
