Job Description
-Must be a licensed Architect
-3 to 5 years of experience in the design of institutional or office buildings
-Knowledgeable of the all stages of design from Pre-design, Conceptual Design, Design Development, and up to Contract Documents Phase
-Skilled in both 2D and 3D computer-aided design applications such as but not limited to AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Amenable with project-basis employment and can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
T-ake charge of the assigned project, from inception up to the completion of all deliverables
-Master the project's Terms of Reference, requirements, deliverables and all details pertaining to the project
-Initiate all project activities for all stages of design from pre-design, conceptual, design development an up to the contract documents phase.
-Coordinate with clients and end-users to identify other requirements and needs for the design
-Conduct research on case studies of similar projects and due diligence related to the design
-Coordinate with allied design professionals for the assigned project to ensure seamless design across trades and absence of clashes
-Report to the Senior Architects and Design Manager all updates and progress of the assigned project
-Develop presentation materials and report them to clients
