Job Description
-Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, -Information technology or any related courses
-Background In Solutions Selling (ERP, HRIS, On-Premise or Cloud-based Solution) is an advantage.
-Experienced in cold calls, appointment setting, or follow-ups to sales leads is an advantage Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
-Strong Interpersonal Skills, Persuasive, Trainable, Independent and Persistent.
-Conversant in English Language
-Willing to be assigned in other areas
-With strong motivations
-Willing to be trained
Job Description:
-Manage own pipeline of prospects from Lead Generation to Customer Payment -Knowledgeable with the full Sales Cycle Process
I-dentify any opportunities of up-selling and cross-selling with existing customers
-Conduct Research and Needs Analysis of Customer to come-up Customer Specific Solution offer Meet Annual Sales Target of the Company and Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Retention Present to Clients and Recommend Solutions.
-Continuously Generate New Accounts and New Opportunities for the Company.
-Confident Negotiating and Closing Skils.
-Prepares and Submit Reports on Time.
-Attend in Marketing Events to boost Market Exposure of the company such as Exhibits, Business orums, Symposiums, Trade and Conferences.
-Represent and Maintain Good Company Image and Brands.
