The Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the rest of the marketing team and management in the development and execution of our marketing efforts to bring customers to the site and drive revenue across one or more marketing channels including email, affiliates, social, and ads.

You do not need experience in all channels to apply. Experience and expertise are great, but we hire people for their energy, intelligence, and work ethic first. Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

Support the email marketing team in developing and executing email marketing strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads to customers successfully.
Build HTML emails, conduct A/B testing, and build lists and segmentation.
Assist in analyzing data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning campaigns.
Provide status updates and campaign requirements, coordinate and agree on timelines as necessary for assigned projects.

Affiliate Marketing

Identify and recruit new affiliates through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, etc.
Re-engage inactive affiliates and deepen relationships with existing affiliates
Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates
Maintain direct communication and recommend new campaigns for affiliates and provide performance feedback
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate performance
Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized and focused on.
Present reports for relevant program metrics such as the number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc.
Supply occasional creative juice and ideas related to affiliate marketing.

Social Media Marketing

Coordinate with in-house creatives on the creation of social media content (visuals, videos, text).
Develop, execute, and optimize social media campaigns that drive website traffic and generate revenue.
Continuously improve social media strategy by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media insights and web traffic metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information,
Create a social media calendar for assigned channels (both organic postings and paid campaigns).while ensuring alignment with overall brand campaigns.
Craft engaging post copy that reflects channel tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or any relevant course is an advantage but not required.
- Fresh graduates and/or career shifters are welcome to apply.
- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, analytical, detailed, and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- Able to communicate in English (both verbally and in writing) in a professional manner.
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing with hands-on experience in either affiliate marketing, email, social media, or any related field is an advantage.
- Able to work collaboratively across teams.
- Good listening, observation, and learning skills.
- Able to work on-site at our office in Mandaue City.
- Able to work the night shift (US Pacific Time)
