Job Description
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our telecommunication technical services team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also assist with account management and provide support to our sales and operations teams.
Qualifications:
• At least SHS Grad (if New Curriculum) or HS Grad (if Old Curriculum)
• Excellent English communication and typing skills
• With BPO experience is an advantage
• Amenable to work onsite
