Job Description

Position: Merchant Support Specialist for our e-Commerce Campaign
Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year in a BPO role, including experience as a TSR (Technical Support Representative), CSR (Customer Service Representative), or Back Office support
Location: Candidates must be residing in Pampanga or in close proximity to Pampanga, as the position requires onsite work
Schedule: Shifting work schedule; must be amenable to working on-site
Salary Package: PHP 27,000 per month
