Sales Associates serve as the first point of contact between a company and its customers. • Handle merchandise returns and refunds
• Can handle work under pressure.
• Proven work experience in a retail sales role
• Knowledge of customer service and sales
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Proficiency in handling cash registers and point of sales transactions
• Ability to achieve sales quota
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
