Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Acquired new account, average one account per month
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems.
• Establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel (stakeholder and executive sponsors) in all jurisdictive customer accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Coordinates the involvement of the team in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedure of Department and Company Rules.
• Participate in all Quality Management System (QMS) related trainings.
• Report any identified non-conformity.
• Other responsibilities which may be assigned by immediate superior in related to the position.

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 Years
• Effective Communication skills
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
• Expected to adhere to their workplace schedules, set by the director/president.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
