Job Description
We are looking for a customer service representative to join our financial account services team. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, resolving their inquiries and issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The representative will also assist with account management and provide support to our sales and operations teams.
Qualifications:
• College graduates with/without experience can apply
• SHS Grad (if New Curriculum) or HS Grad (if Old Curriculum)
• Excellent English communications and typing skills
• At least 6 months BPO experience is a plus
• Amenable to work onsite
