Job Description

Are you passionate about IT and have a knack for sales? Join our dynamic team as an IT Sales Administrator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Demonstrate and promote all Company Core Values.
• Prepare and send validated and approved quotes for hardware, software, and technical solutions/projects.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary information for accurate order processing.
• Processing of sales orders.
• Manage and process hardware and software renewals.
• Maintain and update the CRM and quoting system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Prepare and review sales contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in managing customer accounts, addressing enquiries, and providing product information to clients.
• Work with the Business Development Team to actively seek and target new Managed Service Clients.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
• Generate sales reports and analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars,
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support to the sales team.
• Work with the Sales & Promotions team to plan, create, update, and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
• Keep documentation up to date.
• Improve business awareness through Networking and Public Relations
• Order internal stock as required.
• Assist management with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
• Review all client monthly reports to identify any sales opportunities from white-space matrix gaps, and or trends, and or immediate or potential future issues.
• Work with HD IT’s partners and clients to refine product and service offerings based on
feedback.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Meeting the below key performance indicators will suggest satisfactory performance. Exceeding these indicators will suggest above average performance.
1. Requests to the Sales Mailbox/Queue updated daily.
2. Zero (0) pending Simple Sales Requests in the Sales Mailbox/Queue at the end of each week.
3. Zero (0) Post Sales / Projects taking longer than 24 hours to handover via Autotask.
4. Simple quote requests turned around within 24 hours.
5. Complex quote requests turned around in 1 week.
6. Rocks completed on time and within quality expectations.

EXPERIENCE
• 1+ years’ experience working in an IT technical position OR
• 1+ years’ experience in a sales position

KNOWLEDGE
• Across the board basic knowledge of various technologies.
