Job Description
-- Graduate of BS ECE, BS IT/CS, or any related courses.
-- Strong background in Incident Management within an IT managed service environment.
-- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
-- Experience in analyzing trends, identifying potential problems, and assessing solutions.
-- Knowledge of ITIL, infrastructure technologies, and their business relevance.
-- Experience in managing multiple vendors.
-- Strong organizational and time management skills.
-- Proven experience with incident management processes and leading teams.
