Summary:

The IT Product Specialist/Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for creating and conducting demonstrations and POC’s to the organization’s prospective client. IT Product Specialist/Pre-Sales Engineer will act as a bridge between the sales, architecture, and technical team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Communicate with prospective clients to understand their business needs.
- Develop tailored technical presentations and demonstrations showcasing the product's features and functionalities in the context of the client's specific needs.
- Craft compelling presentations, conduct demos, and participate in meetings to showcase solutions, address client needs, and ultimately close deals.
- Collaborate with prospective clients to design and execute proof of concept (POC) to validate effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on design and configuration, train clients, troubleshoot issues, and analyze results demonstrating your expertise in managing POCs effectively.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of FreshService and stay-up to date with the latest system updates.
- Analyze POC data and prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Partner with sales to qualify leads, uncover cloud challenges, and identify solution value.
- Acting as a bridge between sales, architecture, and technical team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork occasionally (for business meetings).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
