Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming and outgoing emails
Organize and file all project invoices
Maintain project folders for ongoing and upcoming developments
File drawings and documents in specific folders
Forward files and drawings to consultants
Reach out to government agencies for permits and requirements
Prepare document requirements for projects
Request fee proposals and quotations from other companies and consultants
Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Prior experience in project management or administrative support is a plus
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
