Job Description
> 2+ years experience in end-to-end fund accounting handling Private Equity
> Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
> Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs)
> Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, and Fund Administration. Having experience working on Crypto funds will be advantageous.
> Good communication skills
> Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
> Experience mentoring/coaching junior accountants
> Amenable to working on a Late Mid Shift schedule (5 PM-2 AM)
> Amenable to working on a hybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month) in MOA, Pasay
