Job Description
WORK LOCATION: Quezon City | Near Quezon City Hall and Quezon Memorial Circle
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Every Other Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, and/or Behavioral Science
- CHRP (Certified HR Professional), preferably with masteral units
- With at least five (5) years solid experience in Human Resources - Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll, & Benefits
Administration and Labor Relations
- Knowledgeable in ALL HR facets (Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations (Legal), Employee Engagements, and other ISO requirements)
