Job Description
Handles and manages all HR facets
Assists the Top Management in policy-making and strategic planning by:
Contribute to the attainment of the company's goals and objectives by:
• Meeting KPI targets
• Managing and fulfilling assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner
• Adhering to the reports required and abiding by company guidelines and core values
In the performance of your responsibilities, the following shall be your Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Education
Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
Certifications/Professional Licensure / Driver’s License, etc.
CHRP (Certified HR Professional), preferably with masteral units.
Experience
With at least five (5) years solid experience in Human Resources - Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits Administration and Labor Relations
Work location : Kalayaan Ave. Quezon City
Salary : Negotiable
