Job Description
- With at least twenty (20) years of experience in the management of Sales & Marketing
functions gained from construction related sales and marketing companies.
- Graduate of Business Courses preferably Marketing or Business Management.
- Knowledge of Marketing & Sales Strategies, preferably those that are applicable in
construction related industries.
- With Leadership Skills, hands-on and effective in managing a sales force
- Assertive / Diplomatic but firm
- Able to relate with all levels in the organization
- Able to handle work pressure
- Well organized and systematic
-Must possess knowledge of Marketing Principles, Market Research Techniques and
Conduct of Feasibility Studies.
-Must have strong leadership and analytical skills
-Must show excellent oral and written communication skills in English
-Must be computer literate
