Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidates must be at least in college level, preferably a degree holder
• Must have at least 1 year of call center or BPO experience or at least 6 months customer service experience supporting a ride hailing service, reservation, and concierge work or in the transportation, travel sectors.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and communication tools preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to convey professionalism and warmth.
