Job Description

Job Overview

The O&M Administrator organize the company’s daily administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of business according to the established policies and vision. O&M Administrator work together with other Department Leaders and report directly to the Executive Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Supervises and oversees the work of the O&M Team, covers for O&M Secretary when on leave.
- Coordinate inter- and intradepartmental operations. 
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Identifying key issues and highlighting them to the Executive Management.
- Evaluate current operations to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Making sure that all necessary work is completed on time, within the budget guidelines, and according to the company standards.
- Track and manage the office supply needs for all departments.
- Responsible for the application/renewal of business-related permits and contracts.
- Evaluate the O&M Team on the basis of performance along with the HR Team.
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence, and other documents related to the O&M Team.
- Maintaining and updating an online and offline records of all important admin data
- Participate in business and strategic planning, implementation of policies, development of improvements and other activities.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Higher Management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree of Management, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- Profound experience in operations management.
- Excellent leadership and organization skills.
- Exceptional decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
