Client Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Client Bookkeeper and make a real impact by streamlining financial processes for our Oregon-based client. In this key role, you'll ensure accurate record-keeping, handle accounts payable/receivable, and contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic organization.

Responsibilities:
- Record daily transactions and generate invoices using accounting software.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain detailed financial documentation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Provide financial insights and assist with various calculations and reports.
- Handle cash, checks, and vouchers, and prepare financial documentation.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with online bill pay and general ledger through financial statement.
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Background in handling US clients.
- Must be a Philippine-based candidate.
