Job Description

PERMANENT WFH!
Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 50,000 (depends on skills and experience)

Job Description:
-Provide technical support for systems running on Linux (Ubuntu), including using SSH and command line utilities.
-Perform network diagnostics and log capturing.
-Support remote installation debugging, utilizing the tar command.
-Understand and operate WordPress CMS platforms, including basic configuration and operations.
-Deploy and manage ZeroDown Software in a Docker environment.
-Operate and manage Docker containers, including logs, inspections, and processes.
-Understand and troubleshoot issues related to HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
-Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
-Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and identify the most effective approach.
-Learn and adapt to emerging technologies, tools, and programming languages.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Basic Linux skills (Ubuntu) with proficiency in SSH and command line utilities such as ‘top’.
-Ability to perform network diagnostics and capture logs.
-Knowledge of the tar command for remote installation debugging.
-Basic understanding of WordPress CMS platforms and their configuration and operations.
-Experience with Docker, including managing containers, inspecting logs, and processes.
-Familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS protocols and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
-Effectively multi-task and work under pressure.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* CPU: Intel or AMD processor with 64-bit support
* RAM: 8 GB and above
-High-resolution webcam
-Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature
-Wired internet connection; minimum of 10 Mbps
