JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With at least 2 years of work experience Human Resource field
✨ With work experience in Construction Company
✨ Amendable to work onsite
✨ Amenable to attend Face to Face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To effectively process Compensation and Benefits of employees. System Based Software.
✨ To monitor for payroll computation system based and manual.
✨ To update employees' daily time record.
✨ To provide and prepare job offers and all the necessary documents prior to orientation and deployment of newly hired employees.
✨ To maintain personnel records particularly employees 201 files and manpower list.
