Job Description
Helps plan and organize production: a
assign work schedule according to production needs. reviews, approves documents relevant to management of production activities.
Keeps track of production activities:
ensures production processes are carried out; ensures supply for production use.
RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
JOB EXPECTATION
1. Ensures quality of production is maintained in keeping with costs and schedules.
2. To verifies documentation and work quality
3. Rearranges production sequences according to planning needs.
4. Provides input such as root cause, correction and preventive action that may help in addressing nonconformities found during audits, inspections and verification processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures compliance of production lines.
2. Provide schedules to re-packaging and assign tasks to production personnel according to their skills.
3. Provide instructions and directions to production and coding personnel in accordance with the approved MPO.
4. Monitor and prioritize workflow of production and coding personnel to meet deadlines.
5. Imposed deadlines for specific task assigned to production personnel and constantly ask for updates
6. Ensure that production personnels maintain tidiness at the workstation.
7. Ensuring production documentation is accurate and complete.
8. Ensures that production is done in a timely manner.
9. Orientation to production personnel prior to deployment in production area.
10. Responsible for any significant changes or deviations found in the line, reporting to General Manager.
11. Ensures that all production documents are reviewed and completed prior to submission to QA Manager for batch record release.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
1. Review of manpower performance
2. Ensures compliance with work processes, quality standards and policies
3. Performs necessary follow-up to guarantee the achievement of targets
4. Conformance to Good Manufacturing Practices and compliance to Safety, and other regulatory requirements.
KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP
1. Reports directly to General Manager
2. Will take the post for all activities of the production line leader in his/her absence.
3. Coordinates with:Production DepartmentPPIC Department Warehouse Department Quality Assurance Department Regulatory Affairs Department
4. In the absence of the Production Supervisor, Line leader will take post; in case both Production Supervisor and Line leader were absent, PPIC Personnel (per client) shall take. post in the checking and review of all production batch records.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. College level or graduate of any vocation/technical course
2. Preferably experienced in pharmaceutical industry
3. Diligent and keen observant
4. Good in oral and written communication
5. Computer Literate
