Job Description

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage calendar and scheduling.
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting
memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Handle internal and external communications, presentations and reports.
• Book travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, and activities for
executives.
• Prepare food and make minutes for office meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Organize and maintain the office filing system.
• Monitor company insurance and vehicle registration & payments.
• Monitor materials related to the board of directors.
• Prepare and assist company events.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• College Graduate
• At least 1 year experience as Admin. Staff
• Proficient in MS Office

SCHEDULE AND WORK ARRANGEMENT:
• On site (CBY Head Office)
• Temporary Compressed work week (Monday to Friday) from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Original schedule: Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
