Qualifications & experience
Experience in Residential Estimation.
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
At least 1 year of experience in Estimating or a related field.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Tasks & responsibilities
Review and evaluate project documentation to identify potential conflicts and incorporate necessary revisions for accurate cost calculations.
Conduct quantity take-offs in comparison to the Sales Sketch Plan & House Model.
Prepare Sales Estimates that meet customer or sales consultant requirements, including standard options, non-standard variations, and custom items.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with overseas clients via email and MS Teams.
Perform administrative tasks related to completed work.

This is an office-based role. Candidates must be willing to commute or relocate to the office at Acacia Drive, Filinvest Mimosa + Leisure City, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
