Job Description

GREEN ASIA CONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT CORP. is a client-focused construction organization providing multi-disciplinary construction services over a range of building and infrastructure market sectors.
AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.
We are looking for a very reliable Company Purchaser who shall be responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders and delivery of materials to meet the targets and requirements of the construction project. He/ she performs systematic analysis to identify and select the best value for materials and services.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.
2. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing Track orders and ensure timely delivery. Review quality of purchased products.
3. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
4. Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
5. Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit their company.
6. Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. The applicant must be a College graduate of any four-year related business course.
2. Must have at least 3 - 4 years of work experience in the related field is required for this position;
3. Must be computer literate (with knowledge in MS Word and Excel);
4. Must be knowledgeable in the preparation of canvass sheet and purchase order;
