Job Description

Manage finance and accounting operations (i.e. revenue, payables, treasury processing and other areas)

· Ensures timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions

· Ensures revenue are recorded correctly

· Facilitate billing and collection process to all customers

· Ensures all payables are settled timely and accurately

· Ensures check payment are correctly made and reviews bank reconciliations made by treasury staff

· Facilitate completion of processing of transaction needed for monthly closing of financial statement

· Assumes responsibility for the implementation of company policies, rules and regulations, as well as the discipline, work performance, attendance, training and development of personnel under his supervision.

Qualifications:

· Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

. With minimum 1 year of experience being an Accounting Manager specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

· With minimum 1 year of experience working in an Auditing Firm required for this position.

· Excellent knowledge of accounting processes

· Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems

· Commendable oral and written communication skills

· Strong leadership and personnel management skills

· Analytical skills with detail orientation

· Can start ASAP
Salary:
80.000,00 ₱ Monthly
