Qualifications:

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
With 1-2 years’ experience in Planning and Manufacturing
Knowledgeable in using Pivot, VLOOKUP and basic formulas in MS Excel

Job Description:

To receive and upload PO and FC from Customers on a weekly basis.
Prepare parts pick-up schedule based on PROSIM (Product Simulation) data.
To provide work order forecast to Subcontractor based on the latest plan from Customer.
To monitor and reconcile outstanding work order to Sub-con on a weekly basis.
To monitor Sub-con delivery to check any production impact to Customer.
To check and monitor part shortage to Sub-con.
