Production/Quality Supervisor

Job Description:
• Overall coordinator of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and other related activities
• Overall in-charge in QA/QC
• Supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff
• Reviews and recommends disciplinary actions to be implemented on erring personnel in accordance with the company rules, policies and applicable procedures
• Monitor, review and check the daily delivery
• Knowledgeable to MSA Study
• Can repair different kinds of Measuring tools and Equipment
• Reviews and update the overall efficiency and affectivity
• Reviews effectiveness and corrective actions. Checks and reviews process improvement
• Correlation to gather with the engineer especially during trial of new parts
• Serve as customer interface for all needed information regarding quality
• Prepares KPI of QA/QC monthly
• In charge of all RTV inspection
• New product development
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Work compliance auditor
• In charge to all customer presentation
• Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
• Weekly update of flow out of inspectors in lot monitoring and 100% inspection
• Check all plastic mold conditions especially in times of customer complain
• Internal Auditor
• Check the effectiveness of other department corrective action
• Established internal calibration saves 2Million Pesos
• Dimensional Metrology and calibration Trainor
• Allocation of manpower for daily basis
• Established work compliance design in QA processes
• Create improvement of technique or strategy on how can we support more the customers’ needs
• In charge to all customers presentation
• Guide all Departments regarding dimensional technique needed

Key Performance Indicators:
1) Timely submission and High Accuracy ( free of spelling/ grammar errors) of all required reports/letter/forms especially needed for auditing and ISO documentation
2) Be able to monitor, review and check daily deliver.
3) Achieve a 100% no rejected products/items in every production
4) Ensure ZERO accident in our production staff/operator
5) Cultivating a High level of optimism, positivity and highly disciplined culture among employees
6) Availability to answer urgent and important SMS messages and calls of all our clients
7) Achieve a high satisfaction (3.8 and above out of 5) rating from clients
8) Timely and accurate computation of all raw material needed for each clients (for production purposes)
9) 100% meet the commitment delivery date to client
10) Ensure the cleanliness of our production area
11) Highly discreet in keeping information confidential
12) Ensure proper training for all our production staff

QUALIFICATION:
• College graduate of any Engineering or related course
• With at least 2-3 years in Supervisory experience
• Male/Female
• Know how to counsel, motivate, evaluate and handle people
• Know how to used QC tools
• Familiar in manufacturing operation
• Knowledgeable in using measuring tools and equipment
• With strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to work in Filinvest Technology Park, Brgy. Punta, Calamba Laguna

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
