Job Description

Qualifications/Requirements:
Candidate must have at least 5 years of extensive experience in Purchasing/Procurement in semiconductor field.
Candidate must be adept to Procurement Process including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), PO, Supplier Performance, and Inventory
Candidate must possess strong leadership and effective communication skills.
Must be willing to work in Calamba, Laguna

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of parts and other items required for continuous operations
Evaluate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data and maintain correct inventory level for purchased materials
Prepare reports through analysis of production simulation (PROSIM)
Supervise day-to-day activities of subordinates and offer opportunities for skill enhancement
Recommend process improvements and ensure proper execution and monitoring
