Multi-Skilled Technician

• Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the building/store equipment and facilities.
• Assist contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects.
• Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other related tasks.
• Masonry: Plastering, bricklaying, tiling, excavation and drilling, maintenance and use of abrasive basic plumbing and carpentry.
• Plumbing: Welding, lead work, repairs to domestic hot/cold water supplies, clearance and repairs to soil and associated wastewater systems, patch repairs to wall finishes, tiling, basic carpentry and masonry.
Painting: Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats.
