Junior IT Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Perform system maintenance and updates as appropriate.
Provide technical support to company staff, which includes troubleshooting, operating systems, hardwares, applications, and network issues.
Setting up accounts for new users.
Managing company assets.
Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS IT, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
With at least 2 years of experience in a technology role, preferably with Telco experience.
Must have basic knowledge of AWS Cloud
Have knowledge on CCTVs and answering questions regarding application use, and the installation of software.
With advanced knowledge in basic networking set-up and computer hardware assembly.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Team player with adaptability to a changing environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions.
Computer savvy with a keen interest in learning new technologies.
Ability to create reports and possess presentation skills.

Job Type: Full Time
Salary: 25,000-27,000 package
Work Setup: Temporary WFH
Schedule: Night Shift
