Project Lead - Makati - Direct Hire

Qualifications:

 Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
 Proven experience in project management functions and deliverables
 Excellent oral and written communication skills to convey technical information and collaborate with stakeholders
 Proficient in project management methodologies, including defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines
 Able to lead and inspire teams effectively with strong leadership skills
 Able to identify project risks and issues, and implement strategic solutions to mitigate them

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
 Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities
 Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel and budget, to meet project requirements.
 Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them
 Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
 Address any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle to maintain project momentum and resolve challenges promptly
 Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements
 Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan
 Manage changes to project scope or requirements, assessing their impact on timelines and resources
 Conduct thorough project closure activities, ensuring all deliverables are met, conducting post-project evaluations, and documenting lessons learned for future projects

WORK LOCATION: Makati
SALARY RANGE: PHP 50,000 to PHP 70,000
Negotiable beyond this range but close to the specified range
