It was founded in 1970 as the Philippine Amateur Football Association (PAFA) and became an affiliate of Federation International de Football Association in 1930. It is one of the 12 founding Member Associations of the Asian Football Confederation in 1954. In 1961, it reorganized into the Philippine Football Association (PFA) and in 1982 into the Philippine Football Federation. It adopted its latest Statutes in 2007.

Job Description
2. Monitoring the dispute resolution process and to ensure compliance;
3. Providing administrative & project support involving legal matters;
4. Reviewing / drafting contracts, memoranda, office orders, and other corporate documents;
5. Updating, managing & securing the integrity of documentation;
6. Performing other functions as may be required by the PFF Management.
7. Take charge of PFF legal and compliance before government agencies.
8. Liaise and coordinate with external counsels and government agencies or bodies in cases or matters affecting or involving PFF.
9. Abide by and comply with the rules and regulations of PFF.
10. Willing to be assigned to the Pasig area.
11. The company will be transferred to Carmona, Cavite this year.
