Job Description
✔️ Schedule vendor services
✔️ Facilitate requested repairs and completion
✔️ Follow up with vendors and tenants
✔️ Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
✔️ WITH C1 or C2 level of English communication
✔️ WITH Real Estate background as Maintenance Coordinator
✔️ Experience with writing and documenting important informations
✔️ Experience with B2B and B2C cold calling (Inbound & Outbound)
✔️ Knows how to organized and has great attention to detail and quality assurance
✔️ Strategic thinker
✔️ Must be able to prioritize work
✔️ Courteous and friendly
