Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. SAP Business Warehouse Monitoring
1.1 Daily monitoring of BW Process Chains and ZBIBS report
1.2 Coordinate issues with MiMOSA, SAP Functional/Business Analyst to fix possible master data inconsistency
1.3 Troubleshoot and re-scheduled failed BW Process Chains
1.4 Perform bug fixes for identified issues on BW queries, extractors, and exits
2. SAP Process Integration (PI) Support
2.1 Troubleshoot and reprocess failed PI integrations
2.2 Coordinate with BASIS team renewal of certificates and secret keys
3. SAP Security Note and Patches
3.1 Plan and execute the implementation of SAP security note (patching for a specified issue, when arise) and EHP/SPS (collection of all patches).
3.2 Apply SAP Security Notes monthly into development, quality and production landscape of ECC, BI, NG, E-Recruitment (monthly task)
3.3 Application of window updates to all SAP servers

Required Qualifications and Experience
EDUCATION
• An advanced degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, Information technology or any related field from an accredited academic institution with four years of relevant work experience; or
• A University degree in the above fields with minimum of six years of relevant professional work experience.
• A Professional certification in SAP is a distinct advantage

EXPERIENCE
• Adequate knowledge in BASIS administration of ABAP and Java stacks of various SAP modules including ECC, NetWeaver, Enterprise Portal, Business Intelligence (BW and IP), Process Integration (PI), Content Server, TREX Search Engine
• Adequate knowledge in Roles and Authorizations and User Account Management.
• knowledge in SAP HANA DB an advantage. • Knowledge in SAP Data Archiving

SKILLS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application/ operational requirements.
• Ability to handle a range of Project systems and integration with other module-related issues
