IT Software Specialist (SAP)

Responsibilities:
• Provide expertise in relevant software modules. Investigate and diagnose issues, leveraging system knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
• Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and support user adoption activities for new developments and modifications.
• Provide timely resolution of bugs or escalation to higher support levels as needed.
• Analyze recurring incidents to identify underlying problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and determine corrective actions.
• Implement permanent fixes or workarounds to prevent future occurrences.
• Document known errors and maintain a knowledge base for reference.
• Review and assess proposed changes to software systems.
• Coordinate with CTO to evaluate change impact and risks and suggest resolutions.
• Implement approved changes following change management procedures.
• Manage user access and roles within each software.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for specialized support and maintenance.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications:
• Two (2) or more years’ experience in any SAP product is required
• SAP Programming experience is a plus
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any other related course
• Analytical, result-oriented, team player, fast learner and dynamic
• Can work with minimum supervision
• Working knowledge in information security and data protections
• Ability to apply security control in translating technical design to coding
• Thorough; demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
• Willing to learn the full cycle of S4hana and configurations
