Real Estate Investment Manager with US GAAP Expertise

The Real Estate Property Investment Manager will oversee the financial performance and strategic investment of our Client’s portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate investment principles, cash flow management, and US GAAP accrual accounting. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in both real estate and accounting, capable of analyzing financial data, managing budgets, and providing strategic insights to maximize investment returns.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
CPA designation is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment management and accounting.
Strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, cash flow management, and US GAAP accrual accounting.

Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
