Property Manager with Proficiency in Rent Manager

This role requires a deep understanding of real estate accounting principles, strong bookkeeping skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the field and be proficient in using Rent Manager property management software to handle all financial aspects of property management.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform all bookkeeping and accounting functions independently with minimal supervision.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, Reconcile bank statements and ledgers and prepare and post journal entries
Utilize Rent Manager software to manage tenant information, lease agreements, and property maintenance records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on real estate and property management.
Proficiency in Rent Manager property management software.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
