Job Description
-Oversee the entire design process of architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
-Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers and design aides for the quality, timely, and successful completion of contract deliverables.
-Conduct thorough due diligence, site analysis and other studies to determine the environmental impact, zoning regulations, and other factors that may influence the design process.
-Lead the development of design concepts, creating innovative and functional solutions that meet client expectations, while considering sustainability and cost-efficiency aspects.
-Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders through compelling presentations, reports, and other mediums.
-Create sketches, diagrams, and 3D models to explore design possibilities.
-Develop and refine design concepts and solutions based on client feedback and project goals.
-Prepare and present design proposals to clients and obtaining approvals.
-Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure adherence to the approved design during the construction phase.
-Review and ensure quality, correctness and completeness of design documents, drawings, and specifications before submission to clients.
-Maintain accurate project documentation, including design files, specifications, and correspondence.
EDUCATION, TECHNICAL CAPABILITY AND CAREER
-Licensed Architect and UAP-affiliated
-With at least ten (10) years of professional experience in architectural design
-With extensive knowledge of architectural design and construction principles, codes, and regulations for buildings.
-With extensive knowledge and experience of the entire design process, from Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Contract Documents, up to Construction Supervision (as needed)
-Proficient in the use of architectural design programs (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, etc.)
-Willing to work onsite - Quezon City
