Company overview Good Neighbors International Philippines Branch, Inc (GNIP) is an international, humanitarian, and development NGO established in 1991 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. It has been in General Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (UN ECOSOC) since 1996. In 2008, GNI established its Philippine branch aim to improve lives, especially of children, through its one-on-one child sponsorship program and community development projects. Currently, GNIP is actively implementing child sponsorship and community development projects (education, health, water and sanitation, disaster response and livelihood advocacies) in (1) San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal, (2) Hagonoy, Bulacan, (3) Tingloy Island, Batangas, (4) Gigmoto, Catanduanes, (5) Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon, (6) Laak, Davao De Oro and (7) Guiuan, Eastern Samar . Job Description

I. Procurement
• Sourcing of suppliers, contractors and tabulation of quotations.
• Review and analyze product and services to be purchased.
• Preparation of Purchase Order (PO) and ensure delivery of items purchased.
• Ensure goods received are not damaged and in accordance with the PO.
• Follow and enforce the organization’s procurement policies and procedures
• Manage inventories and maintain accurate purchase and pricing records.
• Maintain and update supplier database.
• Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate contracts.
• Other tasks that maybe assigned by the Procurement Manager

II. General Services
• General Affairs Task
• Manage day to day admin related activities (Bills Payment, Rentals, Maintenance of Equipment and Facilities.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Follow and comply tasks assigned by the HR & GS Division Manager

III. Other Tasks
• To assist Field Sponsorship Staff in the conduct of sponsorship related activities
• To assist other sector staff in the conduct of program activities
