Job Description
1. With at least 1 year experience as Sales representative.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to engage, influence, potential clients effectively.
4. Excellent negotiation skills, enabling you to close deals confidently and address objections smoothly.
5. Excellent Customer service
6. Must be a good team player, and can work well with co-employees and superior.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. In-depth understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques, with the ability to identify and maximize sales opportunities.
2. Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, networking and referral.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Provide quality customer service to all clients.
5. Stay informed to market trend, insights and competitor activities.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
