Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic candidates to join our Everyday Banking Account CSBB team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be crucial in providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their banking needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding everyday banking services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account information, transactions, and troubleshooting.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• 2nd-year College Undergraduate with no back subjects.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Candidates with at least 1-year BPO financial service experience are a plus.
• Amenable to work onsite (office-based).
• Good communication skills.
• Can attend an onsite interview at our main office in Pasig.
