Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)

Schedule: Dayshift

Qualifications:
— Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related courses
— At least 5+ years of relevant experience as Project Coordinator

Job Description
— Performs and provides other relevant support as required by the Project Manager, the Team or the Supervisors.
— Provides analysis, management information, and reporting.
— Documents and tracks any or all of requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits and other related project artefacts.
— Documents required meeting outputs and artefacts.
— Ensures that the project and program work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets.
— Supports project and program awareness and communication.
— Reviews possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolves or escalates as appropriate.
— Supports and maintains Project Level Governance control procedures for managing project-wide initiatives such as resource utilization and financials management.
— Produces and analyses Project, Program and Portfolio Level Reporting to ensure projects progress against key criteria such as cost, schedule, risks and issues and benefits is accurately reflected.
— Identify trends and improvement opportunities, highlighting proposed action plans to senior management.
— Supports and maintains project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the project through the use of project management tools, processes and practices.
— Ensures alignment and compliance to the Change Governance Framework and SDLC.
— Understands both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods and adheres to their standards.
— Supports Business Management procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and ensure
tracking and monitoring of actuals to budget.
— Completes quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the project.
— Proactively highlights & escalates delivery risks and issues to senior management – providing an independent view of project and program health.
— Performs basic tasks to support the group such as but not limited to meeting scheduling, room reservation, document routing, tracking, follow-up, coordination, information gathering, etc.
Salary:
120.000,00 ₱ Monthly
