- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or relevant experience
- Experience in service delivery and project documentation
- Experience in project management tools and techniques
- Must have experience in report generation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work outputs
- Experienced in SDLC, and Agile Methodology.
Job Description:
• Manage a large multi-faceted, multiple projects at the same time ranging from moderate to very complex.
• Responsible for using best practices project management methodologies to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders/customers' needs and deliver with-in budget on desired outcomes and is fully accountable for the result of the project.
• Act as IT consultant / provider of solutions to the business users by giving recommendations on available and viable IT solutions to support the business needs of the users.
• Manage project teams in the delivery of projects within the agreed constraints of time, cost and scope per project.
• Ensure resolutions to production problems and devise ways to prevent occurrence of problems on systems handled.
• Review and analyze, allocate resources and satisfy user requests for improvements or enhancements of existing systems and programs.
• Ensure adherence by systems analysts, developers and business analysts to established system development standards and guidelines.
• Identify critical processes and possible improvements in the business process or existing systems to reduce manual work and overhead as well as to increase operating efficiency, improve customer service, and enhance control.
• Ensures that all compliance matters are identified and openly and honestly reported to the Line Manager and/or Compliance Officer in accordance with the reporting requirements operated within the work unit and the Compliance.
