SIT Test Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

•Test Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for various projects.
o Define testing scope, objectives, and criteria for success.
o Identify test automation opportunities and incorporate them into the overall test strategy.
• Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
o Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations on testing and quality assurance matters.
o Participate in project planning and review meetings.
• Documentation:
o Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test plans, test cases, test results, and defects.
o Ensure all testing documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Must Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
