Job Description

Chevrolet and MG is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer. This role is crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing the overall dealership experience.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and information.
Participate in customer loyalty programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Business Admin, Social Media and any related field
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite, CRM software).
